South Australia might not be your first choice when visiting Australia but this state might just surprise you.
With a wide variety of road trip routes and national parks to choose from you’re guaranteed to have an incredible camping trip.
Make sure to visit Flinders Chase National Park, Coffin Bay National Park or Coorong National Park although you should read up on the local camping regulations before you go if you’re planning on sleeping in the park.
Don’t forget about Adelaide, the largest city in South Australia and the captial with a population of over a million people. However, that’s the extent of big cities you’ll find here. Gawler, the second-largest onlly has about 16,000 imhabitants.
